Due to the lack of plenty BBQ-nights this summer, we decided to do a BBQ on a rainy october-night.
Between the fires we opened some cans of beer, had a toast and placed the half emptied beers in the behinds of 2 chickens.
The steam successfully did it’s work on the fire and upgraded the chicken to another level of tenderness.
Lovely tender poultry served with warm bread, salad, olives and various bubbles as company.
Sharing this with some friends made us feel very gratefull!!
